For twenty years, I lived inside a pattern I couldn’t name. Different relationships, different people, the same slow erosion of trusting myself. This page isn’t the whole story — some of it isn’t mine to share publicly — but it’s the part I’m glad to tell you.
What I Bring to This Work
I am a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching, having fulfilled the full International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 2 Training requirements — including 125 hours of core competency training, completion of an ICF mentor coaching program, and passing an oral final exam. My specialization in narcissistic abuse recovery comes from extensive independent study and training in the field, combined with over twenty years of personal, lived experience navigating and healing from narcissistic abuse myself.
